Period mud brick cottage originally built sometime before or around 1900 with family history stretching back five generations and the gold rush. It is set on a property of nearly 30 acres with abundant wildlife and scenery. It is located approximately 5-6 kms from the township of Avoca Victoria and it is within walking distance of a couple of local wineries and the Percydale historic area. Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Welcome to Granny's Cottage. This is the second building featured on Restoration Australia bringing the former Gervasoni Swiss-Italian buildings on site back to their former glory. This is a heritage listed property has been lovingly restored with beautiful vistas inside and out. Enjoy toasty warmth in winter with open fire and hydronic heating in Winter and a very cool converted cellar in Summer inside. The beautiful views from the deck are perfect for a bbq or enjoying the spa.

Foletti's Barn - Cosy Daylesford retreat.

Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
