Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Il bilocale può ospitare comodamente due persone in un ambiente curato e funzionale. All’ingresso si trova la cucina, moderna ed accessoriata (induzione, macchina del caffè, microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie). Il soggiorno è lo spazio ideale per rilassarsi: un comodo divano, una smart TV da 50" (accesso a Netflix) e un tavolo perfetto per pranzare o lavorare al PC. Il corridoio porta alla spaziosa camera da letto (con smart TV 40") ed al bagno (dotato di phon e lavasciuga). Centralissimo!

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.
