Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich direkt am Mondsee mit malerischen Blick auf den Schafberg. In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Das Dachgeschoß dieses Privathauses wurde zu einer sehr besonderen, großen 115m² Wohnung ausgebaut, mit großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zum überdachten Balkon, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
