It is ten min. walk to swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking at kid-friendly Sandy Beach, or a 15 min. walk down to an ocean beach and Mansons Lagoon. Friday Market and Cortes Museum are a short stroll away.

I believe the best thing about my space is the location which is close to so many amenities including the pier (best ice cream!), museum and walking distance to town. Beautiful 2 bedroom ground level suite with the beach at your doorstep. Relax and enjoy the sunrise while the eagles, whales, and other wildlife play. Take a ride on our paddle boards or kayaks, roast a s’more by the fire on the beach or cast a rod while coho are running in the fall. There is always so much to see and do at the beach! The Cottage on Greenwood is an ideal spot for that weekend getaway you didn't know you needed. Ideally situated on the border of Courtenay and Comox, you can enjoy a small town feel while being a stone's throw away from all your needed amenities.This lovely cedar clad building is a stand alone unit offering complete privacy including a private deck overlooking the tree lined property. Newly renovated, the space provides the feeling of a true cottage but with modern touches.

The Sea Grass Studio Suite

Welcome to The Sea Grass Studio Suite. Guests are a 10 min walk to downtown Campbell River where you will find many quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants to enjoy. The Quadra ferry is a short walk away and is a great chance to explore a beautiful part of the Discovery Islands. Our suite offers a peek a boo view of the ocean and mountain landscapes that make for a stunning sunset backdrop. Along with your own private outdoor seating area to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Helliwell Bluffs

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. Watch the storms or the full moon from the bedroom.

Whaletown Lagoon Floathouse

Our " floathouse" has everything a guest could want, privacy and a beautiful waterfront location on the Whaletown Lagoon. There is a shared family dock for launching your kayaks, swimming, or just relaxing and watching the changing of the tides. Its vintage ambience combines much of its original historical nature and water travels with modern updates. A former bunk house for hand logging camps and part of our floating household, its traveling days are now over.
