We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

The Dairy at Bortons Farm

The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed and secure garden. Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Horseshoes Barn is 10 minutes from Southwold, and is surrounded by countryside, with walks straight from the door. It's perfect for couples, families or friends, and for dogs, too! It's a great base for visiting Southwold beach, the shops, restaurants and a walk along the pier, then coming back to the peace and quiet of Uggeshall. We live in the grounds but are very respectful of privacy and strive to ensure you can completely relax and feel at home during your stay.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.

Kate's Cottage, Wangford nr Southwold

Kate's Cottage is our family cottage in a peaceful village that has a local store and pub within a 5 minute walk. Located only 3 miles from Southwold and Walberswick this is an ideal place for couples and small families to explore the area. The stairs in the property are steep and turn a corner so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The ceilings are low in some areas.
