Rustic Lake Home Retreat

Our home is located just across the street from the lake. We have lake access via a private beach everyone in the area uses. We do not have a dock for your use. Make left out of the house to Lake Shore Dr. Then left to walking path located 100 feet up on the right side. When using the beach please be mindful of others who may be using it as well. Fantastic 2 bed waterfront home on a dead-end street with beautiful views of the Yahara River. Only 25 min from downtown Madison, and 5 min from Stoughton. Serene, quiet, and teeming with cranes, eagles, osprey, beaver, deer, turkey and turtles! Spend a day floating in our kayaks or fish off our pier, as the river has almost no boat traffic, averages 2'-5' deep, and has a very slow current Our brick patio was made for entertaining with 2 firepits, a grill, and a great jacuzzi!

Vast Lake Koshkonong Views from Pier, Deck, & Home

Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
