Double Studio

The Double Studio has two 80 cm beds that can easily be pushed together as needed. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher will allow you to prepare your own meals. Combined seating for dining and work is found in the living room, and the tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower. A shared laundry room is on the ground floor in house B, where you can book a suitable time. Wi-Fi, heating, TV Channels and water are included in the price. All areas of the apartment are pet free and non-smoking.

In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.
