Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. A delightful converted barn dating from 1888 in the heart of Kings Cliffe, the perfect place to escape to the country and recharge! Close to historic Stamford, Rutland water and Fineshade. The Little Barn has its own entrance and is accessed via the hosts driveway. Upstairs a large exposed beamed room with king size bed (Emma sleep mattress) comfy Sofa, TV, work space table/ chairs and wifi. Downstairs a bathroom with bath (shower over). Lobby with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.
