For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.

For us this venture is a dream come true. We have designed every inch of the double-volume space with its spectacular arch window ourselves and enjoyed every minute of it! The interior is modern and quirky, with whites and greys forming the backdrop to an eclectic ensemble of furniture and finishes in chrome, glass, wood, and plain and printed fabrics. Almond cottage is positioned above a dam in the heart of the Banhoek conservancy. It is a light, modern cabin with direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is styled as a one bedroom, two person cabin, there is a queen sized open pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for small extra fee. Almond cottage is set back from the lake and enjoys views of farmland and mountains.
