With the calm waters of Bass Lake just steps away, you may never want to leave this 3-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental! With an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and just a short walk away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect place to host your trip to Bass Lake. Spend your days enjoying the beach and other close attractions before heading back to cozy up by the fire pit (wood not provided). There is another bookable vacation rental on-site -- other renters may be downstairs.

Cozy Cottage on Bass Lake

Relax and play on an all sport lake. Host offers to guests a variety of bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, linking water floats, onsite parking, fire pit, yard games and board games. Guests are welcome to bring their own water toys, jet skies, and boats. We have parking for one trailer. Guests to bring own tie down systems as there is no space on the pier. We have a private ramp or there is access to a public ramp. We encourage guests to research Bass Lake. Owners live in the main house.

Lakefront cottage on Koontz Lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a local brewery and other restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to South Bend and 20 minutes to Plymouth. We look forward to sharing our cute little cottage on the lake. Managed by Deb Minich.
