Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. The Yurt is an extraordinary refuge from the frenzy of the city. Securely set high (7600ft) among mountains, the views stretch out in all directions backing up to the Cibola National Forest. Elk, deer, coyotes, and many birds share their land with us. The dark night sky is breathtaking. The yurt is off-the-grid lit by soft oil lamps after sunset. We also laid a seven-circuit labyrinth for meditative walking. A hot tub is available up at the house. You are welcome to this place of peace.
