Escape to The Marsh Mellow, a renovated 3-bedroom townhome on St. Simons Island! Perfect for families, it's just a short distance to the beach and vibrant Pier Village. Enjoy a private patio, dedicated workspace, and fantastic community amenities including two heated pools, pickleball and tennis courts, and a gym. Your ideal island getaway awaits! A golf cart is available to rent separately, is exclusively for our guests, and is about half the cost that carts rent for on the Island.

Four Oaks Cottage, SSI-walk to beach!

Nestled under mature live oak trees, this 1940's beach cottage is quaint, comfortable, and cozy in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Walk to the beach, ride bikes, sight see historic sites, golf, shop, dine out at a wonderful selection of great restaurants. Only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Public access at 3rd or 5th streets. Between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk or ride bikes to. Great location!

Fairway Villas

Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.

It has a private driveway but you won't need the car - this cottage has such an incredible location you'll be walking everywhere with ease! Our little beach cottage is completely enclosed with a privacy fence for your pet to run free. It also features a porch for outside dining with a grill and an outdoor shower.

There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.
