CM is open to members 9-10pm, however based on availability, you can rent cages any time during your stay. Here you’ll find an additional full bath for your use.

Relax in a private pool house located on historic Studebaker property. Pool house has a fun Key West vibe and includes one bedroom with (2) full size beds. One full bathroom with standup shower and a separate changing room with shower. The common area is spacious and can easily sleep 2 more guests. Weather permitting, enjoy our 82k gallon heated pool that was the first inground pool in South Bend. Pool area includes an outdoor gazebo and fire pit. Minutes to Notre Dame and downtown South Bend.

South Bend Fully Restored Cottage Built in 1912

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Minutes from Notre Dame and downtown. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, not sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

This suite/carriage house is located a short distance from the ND, IUSB, & Bethel Colleges. There are three big parks/play spaces & a zoo within just a few minutes' walk. This carriage house 'suite' or apartment is attached to the main house owned by a long-time ND staff member and retired faculty member, and they are often around to help guide you during your visit, should you like. The suite is, well, a sweet deal!

Jefferson Casa

Be our guest! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We are 2 miles from the Notre Dame campus and walking distance to plenty of local pizza joints, wine bars, and Howard Park. The apt is in the back portion of our house but there are no shared spaces. It has its own entry and there’s plenty of parking. During ND home games we will be accessible if there’s anything you need.
