St Ives town apartment with sea view

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

3a Sea View Place is a cosy, well equipped apartment nestled into the rocks just above Bamaluz Beach. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Premier One

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

Inside, you’ll find a comfy king-size bed, powerful shower, fully equipped kitchen, and bright living space with rooftop views—your calming coastal escape, where every detail feels like home. There is a paid long stay car park about 2 min walk away

Cosy Flat in the centre of St Ives

This one bedroom bohemian style flat sits right in the heart of St Ives on Royal Square, just a five-minute stroll from the beaches and steps from all the best shops and spots to eat. It’s got everything you need, a kitchen, dining area, shower room, and a super king-size bed that’s ridiculously comfy. There is a large balcony, perfect for socialising and soaking up the Cornish sun, and a beautiful sun room for relaxing in the cooler months.

Our modern apartment is located above Porthminster Beach and has large windows with panoramic views over the beach and St Ives bay to Godrevy lighthouse. It has a Bedroom with superking or twin beds, contemporary bathroom, lounge-diner with double sofa-bed and fitted kitchen. It also has the benefit of a parking space beneath the building. Please note there is a height restriction of 6'7" and width 8" for the entrance to the garage.

Porthole Cottage is in a great location for a family holiday or couple’s retreat. An authentic Downalong fisherman’s cottage nestled in the tiny, cobbled and traffic free Baileys Lane. Just steps away from St Ives harbour and all of the amenities that St Ives town has to offer. The owners of Porthole Cottage have created a stylish and uplifting renovation, which makes this cottage an absolute joy to stay in.
