Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Provided with a great panoramic view, you can overlook the whole beach. The sea is clear and refreshing and we offer sunbeds and sunumbrellas for our guests on the beach. It's an ideal place for relaxation, swimming and enjoying your vacation. The Apartment is 38 sqm large, suitable for 2 persons with 1 child.

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Your deck area will include a Hot Tub, wood fire BBQ and an outdoor dining setting for up-to 6 people. Inside our stylish and spacious apartment you will find all the amenities you will need. The trampoline is no longer available.

Luxury apartment with access to a heated swimming pool, filled with water from early April to late October. The pool features a powerful counter-current swimming system, allowing you to swim endlessly without touching the wall. If both apartments (East and West) are rented, the entire house and pool are exclusive to your group (up to 12 people). Enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace around the pool.

You'll love this place because you can jump in the crystal clean sea directly from your bed; because of the scent of the sea, wonderful sunsets and sunrises, magical summer views and the coziness. Our beach place is ideal for couples and families with kids, and furry friends (pets).
