The Grant House

This property is newly constructed for your enjoyment on the south end of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the kitchen with a double oven or enjoy grilling in the backyard. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire, hot tub or enjoy a movie on the 65” TV. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome.

Fishing, boating and wildlife viewing are highlights of this area, with 3 rivers connecting to Dora Lake. Set aside your every-day life and come relax by the lake.

Escape to this oasis in the heart of Itasca County Lake Country on ATV and Snowmobile Trails! This Lodge in the deep woods is tucked down scenic country roads between two lakes. Watch the wildlife walk past from the comfort of the porch or deck; or snuggle up inside to take advantage of views of the lake and all manner of wildlife through the wide windows. Rustic Cabin in the Woods(air conditioned)

Rustic cabin from the 1970's. Decor is simple. This is a cozy little place to kick back and relax, have some quiet time, read, snooze, write, etc. Located in the woods with a nice deck to relax on. 32" TV and DVD player but NO oven. It does have stove top for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and a radio. Keep in mind that this cabin is in the woods and mosquitoes and spiders are present. Bring repellent to enjoy the yard..

Bridgie Road Hideaway

This remote, spacious cabin is perfect for the sporting enthusiasts. It's located just off the Blue Ox ATV/snowmobile trail that runs from International Falls to Bemidji. It's located 5 miles from Northome which offers small town conveniences and hospitality. Looking to fish? Island lake only 3 miles, Upper Red Lake is 30 miles, Canadian border lakes about 75 miles plus MANY other great lakes nearby. The area also offers excellent hunting opportunities including grouse, bear and deer.

Round Lake Escape

This little cabin sits in the middle of a small campground on the shore of Round Lake. It's a family-friendly, quiet area with all the camping amenities. There is a range, microwave and sink in the cabin. It also has AC. The garage next door offers refrigerator, grills, griddle, tables and chairs available to all guests. At this time, only a porta potty for bathroom, but bathhouse is in the future plans! Dock space, paddle boards, kayaks, playset, firepit and picnic tables for use.

Bailey House

Cozy, private getaway on three wooded acres near Leech Lake. Sun-filled interior features a full kitchen and bedroom plus loft, comfortably sleeps 4 with two queen beds. Less than a ten minute drive to downtown Walker and just minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and boating. Escape from the noise of the city to the solitude of the Chippewa National Forest.

Fox Hollow Cabin at the Dam Cabins

Located in the heart of Federal Dam, we may not be on the water but we are conveniently located just three blocks away from the iconic Federal Dam and Leech Lake Rec area where you can fish from shore or take your own boat out on Leech Lake or the Leech River. Many other fishing spots in reasonable distances. We are also just blocks away (walking distance) from the Soo Line Trail north, a 150 mile ATV trail that's great for hiking, biking, or bringing your ATV's.
