You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Only 3 miles from Hayward and 5 miles from Autzen yet the feeling of being away from it all in our beautiful wooded hills. Less than a five minute drive to the Spencer Butte Trailhead which offers fantastic views of our city as well as the countryside. You will need to be able to negotiate stairs along the house to access your private entrance.

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Enter this private two bedroom apartment through a coded French door. Off street parking next to entry. Apartment includes a queen bedroom and one twin bed in a separate bedroom. Second bedroom could be used as office or just storage. A well supplied kitchenette, a full bath, washer and dryer, smart TV, and wifi. Oak flooring throughout and Electric heat pump heating and air-conditioning. Beautiful setting in a convenient location near shopping and both local hospitals.
