Lakeside Getaway is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a very quiet setting. Very accessible and close to Hwy 412. Has TV's in 2 bedrooms and the living room with full streaming capabilities. House is located across from homes that back up to Beaver Lake, but neighborhood doesn’t provide lake access. Located 5.5 miles from War Eagle Marina.

Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.

Long Ridge Manor, private space, country estate

Studio apartment in a rural estate setting. Attractions in immediate area include, Sassafras Springs Winery & event venue; Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm event venue < 15 minutes, public lake access. Approximately 11 miles/20+ minutes to U of A/downtown Fayetteville. Access to all of NWA's attractions via Don Tyson Parkway to I-49. Easy access to Razorback Greenway from Botanical Garden of the Ozarks/Lake Fayetteville trailhead.
