The second floor has one bedroom w/ full bed & queen day bed, large closet, dressers & flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a queen bed w/ flat screen TV, large closet, dressers. Beautiful bright three bedroom house ideally located on quiet Pelican Island. Enjoy sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the bay! Water views from the living room and kitchen. Plenty of free parking with no meters or street cleaners to worry about. The boardwalk, amusements, Island Beach State Park, great restaurants and bars are all minutes away. Front door to ocean sand is one mile.

Beautiful house a few feet from the bay and one block away from the beach. A mile from Island Beach State Park, this location is centrally located in Seaside Park, close to shopping and restaurants. Massive house gives you a view of the bay and can comfortably fit up to 10 guests. This property was just purchased and therefore is still a work in progress- the price reflects that.
