Brownes Addition Loft LLC

A second story “Guest Suite” with private entrance and entire space to yourselves. One bedroom with queen bed, complete bathroom remodel, and kitchenette with a lit up Parisian style balcony over looking courtyard to which guests are welcome. Cozy and secluded, with a bit of luxury awaits you, all within walking distance to downtown entertainment. Enjoy the ambiance of a fireplace and candles, or the balcony while under the night skies or that morning coffee. Pubs and eateries 1 block away.

Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers our coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

1-bed, 1-bath fully updated home that sleeps four. Free on-site parking, washer/dryer, AC, King bed. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, parks (including Manito Park), Trader Joes, and downtown Spokane. No smoking. 10 minute drive to Gonzaga campus. Near Sacred Heart Hospital, Children's Hospital, and Deaconess Hospital. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and cooking basics. Keurig coffee maker, full fridge/freezer, Smart TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.d

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Enjoy a stay in the 16ft dome with exquisite views of Mt. Spokane and coveted Green Bluff scenery. Superb sunrise/sunset observing. Mountain Cottage

A private location on our property. The guesthouse is detached from our estate on five acres. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. This is a very private setting with tons of trees. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private parking space and private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.
