The apartment is very close to the most famous beach in Split, Bačvice. It's about 600 meters or 7 min walking distance, or less. The apartment is situated very close to the city center, the Old town. Walking time is around 10-12 minutes, and the road takes you directly to the Old town (and the farmer's market). Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
