Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. House in pure nature in Lepena- Soča Valley

Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Ferienhaus in Alleinlage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Im Winter verfügt Grossarl über ein Hochmodernes Skigebiet wunderschöne Abfahrten und Tiefschneehänge . Da sich unser Haus auf einer Anhöhe von 2,5 km Bergstraße befindet werden im Winter Schneeketten empfohlen.

Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!
