Meigama, loft con parking en el centro histórico

Meigama se encuentra en la última planta de un pequeño edificio de un área peatonal en la zona de compras del centro histórico. Desde aquí se puede llegar cómodamente andando a las mayores atracciones de la ciudad; monumentos, museos, el puerto, el mercado, los jardines públicos, las estaciones de trenes y buses, aparcamientos de varios pisos. La playa del Poetto está a unos 15 minutos en bici. Práctico y elegante. Lo ideal si buscas las comodidades de unas vacaciones en Cagliari.

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
