The property is all ground floor, including shower room with toilet and a 2nd toilet, kitchen with dining area and french doors leading to the garden and a sitting room with a flat screen TV, internet (WiFi) and Alexa speaker. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden area.

It is perched just above the waves with the most beautiful views across Portling Bay to the white sands of Merse Head nature reserve. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
