Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Our little piece of paradise is a bright, sunny, open-concept home. This is the perfect destination for couples and families. Conveniently situated on the Island's north shore, we are 20 min to Charlottetown, 10 min to Cavendish, Ann of Green Gables, Lobster Dinners and world-class golf courses. Countless beaches just a short drive away. And a corner store market for all your basic needs, just down the road.

The Woodlot Cabin # 1 (Coyote Den)

Relax at this distinctive and peaceful retreat. Just five minutes from Cavendish, this adults-only haven is conveniently situated near beaches and popular tourist spots. Enjoy the covered outdoor hot tub, propene fire table and barbecue. complementary washer and dryer are available in the the rabbit hole building. (Please note the cold plunge is not offered from December to April 15th)

2-bedroom Guest Suite - 5 min to PEI National Park

This guest suite is located 20 minutes away from Charlottetown, and 5 minutes from Prince Edward Island National Park (and the beach). It's about 20 minutes away from the famous Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables house. This 2-bedroom suite has a private entrance with free parking. It's attached to our main house and is surrounded by 20 acres of farmland. License number: 1201164
