The Griffith Observatory & Hollywood Sign can be seen from the property. It is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city with easy access to the 101 and numerous landmarks.

Every guest or short time visitor needs to send the copy of his/her ID to the host prior to the arrival. The front desk will check the ID. Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.
