In the fully stocked cook's kitchen, you'll find a ton of cookware, serving pieces, condiments and a coffee/tea bar. Plus, it's an easy walk to town!

Peaceful Finger Lakes Studio

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Close to Canandaigua, Cummings Nature Center, CMAC, and wineries/microbreweries. Short drive to Letchworth State Park and Victor

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

Enjoy our beautiful 10+acre horse farm from your contemporary and well-appointed studio apt above the garage. Spacious and comfortable, with kitchenette including Keurig coffee/tea and basic supplies. The space has both a queen and a single bed and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is conveniently located only 2 miles from the village of Geneseo

Forget your worries and get away from your regular routine in this peaceful and relaxed home.
