Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. Spread out between two open-concept living areas, soak in the hot tub, or find yourself in a competitive game of pool.

However, hop right on Pioneer Trail and you will be at Heavenly Ski Resort, the casinos, or the beach in just 5-10 minutes. The home has beds for 8, we will not accept groups larger than 8.
