BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Characterful Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast.

Star Vale Farmhouse enjoys a prominent position on Sodbury Common, South Cotswolds. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views and direct access to explore the common, grazed by cattle from May to December. The B & B room is located in the originally part of the 18th Century Farmhouse, accessed via a private staircase with original oak beams and floor boards. A full English breakfast, using locally sourced produce, will be served in the Breakfast room where a wood burning stove is often alight.

In the heart of Redland, 10 minutes walk from Whiteladies Rd and The Downs this residential house is hosted by Kaz and Steve. It offers a lovely large room with a superking bed (can be converted to twin beds). Self-service breakfast (cereal etc) available. There is a gorgeous garden out back and guests are welcome to enjoy the decked patio area overlooking Redland Green. There is parking available for one car on the driveway. Pixie, our small non-shedding Shorkie, will also make you welcome.

Thornbury is a small historic market town able to boast a tudor castle, the 16th centuy project of Edward Stafford, 3rd Duke of Buckingham, a man who had many royal forebears. Part of castle remains as a classy hotel with the added bonus of a helicopter pad, various garden areas and a mature vine yard. Thornbury is situated in easy reach of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Cheltenham via the relatively short and easy access to M4 and M5 motorways. The town provides a variety of refreshment places.

For 1 or 2 guests, in the north bristol area and located close to UWE, Filton North and Bristol parkway station it is handy for rail and bus routes to bristol centre, Cribbs causeway shopping, Bath and even Cardiff. Bed & Breakfast is offered but not evening meals. With free off-street parking you'll enjoy your time at this cheerful B&b having a large-ish double bedroom and adjacent shared bathroom. You can also make use and relax in our lounge areas including conservatory and garden.

Beautiful loft conversion in family home with own bathroom. Stunning panoramic views of Bristol from the front and peaceful gardens and allotments at the back. We live on a quiet road 0.7 miles from Temple Meads train station and 1.4 miles from the city centre. Continental breakfast provided for short term guests. Access to our shared kitchen can be arranged occasionally if needed. There are two lovely parks on the doorstep plus shops, great pubs, eateries and bakery nearby.

Toad Lodge is an Italianate villa situated in a quiet area of Bristol just a 10 minute walk from the centre. Decor is eccentric with a touch of kitsch. Personally run by Madam Toad for over 25 years.
