The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Whether you're in the area to cruise, hike local trails, explore historic sites, or simply enjoy the lake, this space will be the ideal home base! Boat ramp is 1.5 miles.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. New circle concrete drive big enough to pull a boat through - no need to back up! Flat green space, spacious enough for parking RV or boat or for kids to play around. The side patio hosts a small charcoal grill, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. The home sits directly between London and Corbin with just a 10 minute drive to either city. The cottage is also close to three different boat ramps on Laurel River Lake and is just a skip and a hop to the Daniel Boone National Forest filled with everything outdoors.
