Welcome to our home! PLEASE NOTE that it is occupied full-time not just by two humans, but by three – yes, THREE – friendly yellow Labrador Retrievers and a cat. This is an added perk for many, but for those not so into pets or with allergies, it can be a deal-breaker. This is an ideal space for working professionals from out of town. We do not host locals looking for roomate situations or those wishing to vacation in our home. We welcome guests who have full-time occupations outside the home.

Located right downtown Napa near some of the world's greatest restaurants, wineries and scenery! Our home is newly renovated and ready to be enjoyed with premium comfort. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Our home is very large for downtown and is permitted through the City of Napa with all of the additional safety precautions that a hotel must undergo. We (John & Brad) look forward to hosting you!

We maintain clean and sterilized environments for our guests, using current industry standards for sterilizing hard surfaces, appliances and guest areas. We are a licensed short term rental. Budding Vine is one of five bedrooms in the historical mansion with NO TV. It is a Queen bed with a full bath with a separate shower. There is a closet as well as a small bureau. The room hosts a spacious two person soaking tub, gas fireplace that is your source of heat, a seating area, and windows that overlook First Street. A second window next to the bed overlooks the side garden.
