Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

King sized bed in the Master, two twins in the second bedroom, a sectional sofa and blow up mattress available. Easy and beautiful 20 min drive to downtown Chattanooga and 10 min walk to Pine Harbor Marina + Steve’s Landing lake side food.

This particular studio is perfect for 1-2 travelers, enjoy the sunset right from the patio! Comfy basement apartment with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood. One bedroom apartment with a king-sized bed (Novafoam mattress). Living room has a queen pullout couch. Full kitchen with everything you need to dine in if you choose. 6 miles to Downtown Chattanooga or Camp Jordan Complex. 2 miles off I-24. Hosts live upstairs and are available for any assistance you may need. Apartment has its own carport so you can park your car under cover. Washer and dryer in the apartment.

Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!
