A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex with amazing views of the sound! Enjoy the sunset on the shared dock! There are kayaks for sunrise and sunset paddles across the sound (a hold harmless agreement must be signed before these items may be used). Beach access is a few yards away, and we provide a beach utility cart for your belongings. Enjoy, dining areas in each living room, cable, amazing internet, shared dock, and an outdoor shower in the back. Private laundry room is downstairs. We do provide linens at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. If you would like a Linen Service for your stay, please reach out for potential contacts. Dog Friendly. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Max of 2 dogs. Cozy Chalet-Style Pet Friendly Home

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
