Aunt Patricia's Cozy, 2 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast

I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.

A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
