Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!
