A luxury, modernised home with spectacular sea views ideally placed for the South Hams. The main house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 king en-suites plus 1 king and 1 twin sharing a large luxury bathroom). There is a basement cinema, 2 lounges, dining room and 2 laundry rooms. Above the gamesroom, there are 2 overflow, ensuite, superking bedrooms. The Lodge sleeps up to 14 guests in total. The overflow bedrooms don’t have sea views like the main house but are available at no additional cost.

Situated on the beach, right on the South West coast path & opposite national nature reserve & freshwater lake (Slapton Ley) this house +hot tub is ideal for walkers, bird watchers, sea swimmers, wildlife lovers, AND it's dog friendly. Beautifully furnished, fully equipped and huge! The living room & open plan kitchen diner are very spacious indeed as the house is actually a 4 bed, but we list it as 2 bed to attract smaller groups out of season - choose which 2 bedrooms you want for your group!

Sleeps 6 + Parking! The Thatched House, Devon is in a beautiful village on the south coast. With sea views and a beach within a few minutes walk, it's the perfect holiday location. The house sleeps 6 very comfortably with 3 double bedrooms (1x superking, 1 king size and 1 double) and a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with sofa. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo in the utility room. The large sofa in the living room is comfortable for 6. With a beautiful little sun trap garden.

Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking. Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

2 Belle Cottages is a lovely Victorian cottage retaining much of its original character. The property provides a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience, perfect for couples. The cottage is in a lovely quiet spot in Kingsbridge within easy walking distance of the town centre. and close to some of the best beaches in the UK. Kingsbridge is a busy little town and you may not get parking outside the cottage. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be divided into two singles.

Nestled right in the center of Kingsbridge, at the top of the hill, just off Fore Street, The Old Printworks is close to everything you need, and is the perfect base from which to explore South Devon. This cleverly designed, light and airy, 'upside-down' house affords interesting views in all directions across the landscape of rooftops, chimneys and spires that characterise this ancient sleepy coastal town. Anyone who stays here feels like they have discovered a wonderful secret.
