The turquoise sea waters, which stretch out only 15 meters from its enclosure, travel the mind and imagination! This comfortable two-room apartment is situated on the 1st floor, is 55 m² and accommodates up to 3 guests and an infant in a baby cot. Only 750m from the town in a beautiful surrounding . Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

A beautiful house located at the center of Loutraki, one of the major ports of the Island, right next to the sea. You can enjoy the magnificent sunset in the spacious balcony, have a walk at the seaside below the house or tour the beautiful beaches of Skopelos. At a distance of 100 meters you can find a taxi stop, bus station and some of the best seafood taverns right by the sea.

This is a traditional house recently restored. The 3 stored house has been all renewed using local materials and respecting all the traditional features. The house has a backyard with a little garden and exterior shower (perfect to shower when you come back from the beach), and a table to have dinner. We also have a portable barbacue where you can cook your fresh fish outside.
