Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι αυτόνομο , υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονο. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης και για ακόμα ένα κρεβάτι.Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία ατομα. Είναι μέσα στον οικισμό της Σκάλας Καλλιράχης ,περίπου 1000 μέτρα απο το χωριό. Ένα χωριό που διαθέτει καφεταίριες,ταβέρνες,φαρμακεία, super markets.Κατάλληλο μέρος για να απολαύσει κάποιος τις διακοπές του αλλά και το μπάνιο του στις ξαπλώστρες του καταλύματος.
