This spacious home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood features two bedrooms upstairs with king and queen beds, two rooms down with three queen beds, two family rooms, each featuring televisions with local stations and wi-fi, two bathrooms, laundry, fully furnished kitchen, three season porch, office, one car attached garage with opener. We like to call this cottage Germaine, named after the previous owners wife. We live next door, so if you need anything, were just a knock away! This cottage was a labor of love and is fully renovated. It comes with all new plumbing, electrical, appliances, insulation, HVAC system, tankless water heater, and more. The house was built in 1940 so we modernized the home while staying true to the era. Germaine has one queen bed and a double size pull out couch. Two adults is a comfortable fit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our home is centrally located and an easy 3 block walk to downtown and also very close to Northwestern College for all the college activities. This home was built in 1910 and has a Dutch charm to it. Plenty of places to park and also plenty of yard space to play games or use the outdoor fire pit.
