Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

Broadwell has a friendly pub on the village green and is surrounded by idyllic countryside. The cottage is located in the garden of a handsome Cotswold Village House. It is beautifully decorated and recently refurbished with a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom. Broadwell is very close to Daylesford Farm Shop and 20 minutes from Soho Farmhouse. Located in the rural village of Byfield on the Northamptonshire/ Oxfordshire/ Warwickshire border with endless things to do and see. The Cottage at The Old Haberdashery is located within walking distance of a shop, post office, beautiful park/cricket pavillion, pub and a good choice of scenic walks.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.
