Kolmetoaline korter on sobilik peatuspaik nii üksikreisijale, perele kui ka sõpruskonnale. Korteris on kaks magamistuba: ühes toas on lai kaheinimese voodi, teises toas on kaks üheinimese voodit. Elutoas on lahtikäiv diivan, mida saab samuti kasutada magamiseks. Parkimine on tasuta, parkimiskohad on kohe maja ees. Korterisse ei ole oodatud suitsetajad ja lemmikloomad. Lähedal asuvad kohad: 250m raadiuses on spordihall ja Kagukeskus, bussijaama on 900m, keskväljakule 1.3 km ja randa 1.7 km.

A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Tamula Lake View Apartment

This beautiful and unique 2BDR, second floor apartment with high sealing and big windows is located just steps away from the Tamula lake. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sunrise as well as a romantic sunset from a furnished balcony. This apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, water machine, oven, stove, water kettle, toaster, wine fridge, dish washer, washing machine and cutlery.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
