Recently refurbished, the unit elegantly combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and a block from free public transportation. There is a shared patio in the back of the building with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Completely new furniture/mattresses and upgraded HVAC!

Moongate Cottage, with quintessential Nantucket charm is walkable to downtown. Enter through the arched wooden gate in the mature hedges, to your private oasis with a quaint yard and brick patio. The cottage furnishes everything you need. From June to September, we have a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy the large living room, spacious bedroom, updated kitchen and bathroom. The ambiance shows throughout with the modern beach chic decor.

The house includes all the amenities Naushop offers; a community pool, two tennis courts, a pickle-ball court, playground and renovated clubhouse. The community is located on the bike path providing easy access to the beach (1.5 miles), town (2 miles), and other amenities.
