We have a paddle board for guests! The cabin is nearby delicious restaurants, scenic hikes and is only one hour from Sunrise Mountain for skiing! Enjoy the cabin's indoor fireplace, outdoor grill, corn hole, horseshoe & fire pit! Our cabin has heating + mini split & portable AC window unit for the beautiful summer months.

Hypoallergenic space!Perfect for 2 people!Could have 2 children too but not suitable for 4 adults. We have a nice 1 bedroom mobile set up specifically for guests with allergies. We do not allow pets of any kind or smoking . This is a very clean , nice space. We follow all cleaning protocols suggested by air B and B . We have smoke alarms and carbon dioxide detectors. Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Cabin is 400 square feet in size located 35 feet from owner's residence. Cabin is located near the end of a dead-end street, in a quiet neighborhood. Rainbow Lake can be accessed from the north side, an approximate 5-minute drive. Movie theater, grocery store and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the cabin. Blue Ridge High School is 2 miles from cabin. I take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations in addition to my typical disinfecting routine.

Full Kitchen. Studio Apt. is on lower level. Washer & dryer in bathroom. Close to Flagstaff and Pinetop for skiing and hiking. Close to Petrified Forest & other national parks. Cooler in the summer than average temperatures for Arizona, and mild winter. Lovely, quiet, quaint neighborhood.
