"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

Muscadine Manor is a cozy cabin retreat that sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and a full sofa bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space, washer/dryer, and all linens provided. Guests also have access to the resort’s pond and pier, walking trails, playground, dog park, camp store, and game room with pool table and darts—everything you need for a relaxing getaway. This 2400 sqft loft, located in Downtown Shreveport, offers a unique sense of privacy in a quaint, privately owned building with the ambience and quirks of a historical building. Complete with a full-sized kitchen, a 130in movie screen surrounded by theater seating, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You'll be within walking distance to some great local restaurants, bars, and casinos. You can't beat this location!

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

The Snow Cone cottage

450 square foot Waterfront cabin on lake Claiborne 5 miles from downtown homer la. Fishing/ boat dock located on the property for guest use. There is a community boat launch adjacent to property. There is an additional cabin on the property that sleeps 6 that can be rented separately. This cottage started out as a snow cone stand built in Ruston Louisiana that was moved to Lake Claiborne in 2020 and was stripped down to the studs and turned into a 1 bedroom tiny home.

Farm House

Welcome to this adorable farmhouse in Shongaloo. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, full bed, and bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for your convenience. Whether you're looking to relax in the charming living space or explore the surrounding area, this farmhouse is the perfect home base for your getaway. The property is located on a working farm and does have WiFi available.

The Lake House

Secluded getaway on a dead-end road with the best views of Lake Erling. Located in the middle of Springhill 30 minutes from Minden, 45 minutes from Bossier City. This bird retreat is sure to capture your heart and quiet your mind.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.

Perfect for staying in the area for family/school reunions, weddings, or funerals when you need to visit but don't want to crash with family/friends. 20 minutes from Plain Dealing, 35 minutes to Benton, 45 minutes to Bossier, 30 minutes to I-20 (Dixie Inn), 60 minutes to Shreveport.
