Bring your boat. Boat ramp is close. Camping allowed on the beach. We welcome children and pets. Its ok to bring mom and dad.

Place by the lake

East facing, don't just wake up to an amazing sunrise, but also a beautiful lake view. Very tranquil. A place to escape, but still close to the cities and its football games, Dallas stadium. The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home. There is no fence from house lake, the stairs not have standard rails. Do contact me with questions.

The Fallon House: Cottage - Walkable to the Square

Only 8 minutes walking distance from the Denton Square (or >5 on the tandem bike!), The Fallon House is the perfect base for visiting Denton's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

Trailer Swift

A recently updated Avion trailer with a great patio and lake access. Located on a dirt road outside the city limits but only a 10 minute drive from downtown Denton and the Square. Use of two kayaks, a grill, and a full indoor kitchen setup. Sleeps 3 people(2 twin beds and one folding couch). It is a camper, so space inside is limited, though the patio is large and gated. If you are looking for a funky/cute spot with lots of character as well as love put into it, we'd love to host you!

Splashy Studio on Dalton

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio apartment; jump in the pool (available seasonally); gather your thoughts by the private pond. You’ll have everything you need for one night or many.

Our modest retreat is nestled just down the street from Lewisville Lake. It is the perfect summer spot to unwind, decompress, and get back to what's important in life. It is in a quiet neighborhood at walking distance from the lake shore, 2 min from Big Sandy Boat Ramp and beautiful trails where tranquility waits for your family. Strategically located, 40 min away from Downtown Dallas and 16 min from Denton Square.
