Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Horseshoes Barn is 10 minutes from Southwold, and is surrounded by countryside, with walks straight from the door. It's perfect for couples, families or friends, and for dogs, too! It's a great base for visiting Southwold beach, the shops, restaurants and a walk along the pier, then coming back to the peace and quiet of Uggeshall. We live in the grounds but are very respectful of privacy and strive to ensure you can completely relax and feel at home during your stay.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Beautiful open space with widened doorways for wheel chair users we can also provide a ramp and shower chair if requested. Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.

Kate's Cottage, Wangford nr Southwold

Kate's Cottage is our family cottage in a peaceful village that has a local store and pub within a 5 minute walk. Located only 3 miles from Southwold and Walberswick this is an ideal place for couples and small families to explore the area. The stairs in the property are steep and turn a corner so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The ceilings are low in some areas.
