The apartment is located on the first floor of the house in a quiet place called Sevid. The apartment contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with one queen-size bed and an extendable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dish machine, and all the needed utensils. Both from the living room and bedroom, you can access two balconies overlooking the sea. It offers three bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy amenities like a washing machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. A 25m² furnished terrace with a BBQ and garden is perfect for relaxing. Parking for one car is available. A rocky beach is just below the house.
