You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

It has an eating place in the kitchen. It’s fully furnished w/ most all things needed for a short or long stay. It has off street parking. And all in a quite neighborhood.
