It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. The Sea House is a beautiful, recently refurbished stylish family home with direct access to the beach at Seagrove Bay. It is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends while watching the boats and paddle boarders floating past. The house sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have panoramic sea views of the Solent. The large well equipped kitchen is a delight to cook in, and the kitchen table seats 10 and the dining table seats 12. The large terraced garden has a firepit and a bbq.

Open plan spacious and fully equipped kitchen is great for evening gatherings . Not everything matches but linen and bedding is top quality and the shower is hot and lovely! The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
