Inside, this immaculate home has open vaulted ceilings, modern amenities, tile flooring, wrap-around deck and much more. We are close to Uncle Robert's Farmers Market, and Historic Pahoa Town. Please note that Kehena Beach is clothing optional. There are other small tide pools and hot ponds close by. More beaches are 40 minutes away in Hilo.

This newer two story home boosts beautiful ocean views from the Lanai, living room, and master bedroom. It has a master bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen upstairs and a studio with bathroom and laundry privately located downs stairs. It has under roof parking. The home is located in the eclectic community of Kalapana Seaview Estates. Only 3/4 of a mile walk to Kehena black sands beach. Pohoiki beach is about a 10 min drive which is the newly created black sands beach from recent lava flow.

The Bali Hut is a beautiful hand carved building done in Indonesia, located on a half acre, surrounded by palm trees and tropical gardens. Sleeping in the hut is a unique and peaceful experience, you will fall asleep to the sounds of the jungle and crashing of waves in the distance. The Bali hut is located within walking distance of the ocean and black sand beach. Please note that I am located on the Big Island of Hawaii on the Hilo side of the island.

Kehena Beach Ocean Front Cliff House

This home is obviously unique and has even been featured on HGTV's Off Beat American & The Travel Channel, but it is the land itself that we fell in love with. This all-concrete house is ocean front and perched on a lava cliff at Kehena Point. The Point sticks out into the ocean further than the surrounding lava cliffs and offers unparalleled views of the coast in both directions. Watch whales in season (November-April), and walk to a black sand beach.
